Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Food Safety Team as General Laborers. In this hands-on role, you will support critical food safety functions by maintaining sanitation standards and pest control measures across our farm operations.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain fences, netting (hail and agribon), and portable toilets

Perform regular weeding and farm cleanup

Inspect, service, and dispose of rodent traps following protocols

Clean and sanitize equipment, including ATVs, tractors, trucks, and restrooms

Handle oil spills safely and dispose of contaminated materials properly

Cut and deliver pre-harvest production samples for lab testing

Operate farm vehicles (ATVs, Kubotas) safely

Follow all company policies and food safety requirements

Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
✅ Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience
✅ Must be at least 18 years of age
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, squat, crouch, and reach for extended periods

Must lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold)
